These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of HomeLeaseHub, a property management platform owned and operated by Fidelsya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Platform Usage
HomeLeaseHub is a digital platform for property management, tenant management, lease agreement processing, rent tracking and related services. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time without prior notice.
Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.
3. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you submit to HomeLeaseHub, such as property details, lease documents and tenant information. By submitting data to the platform, you grant Fidelsya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive license to use such data solely for the purpose of providing the platform services.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the HomeLeaseHub platform, including its design, source code, branding, trademarks and content, are owned by Fidelsya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the HomeLeaseHub name, logo or brand without prior written consent from Fidelsya Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fidelsya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of HomeLeaseHub. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
